Peppermint at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay invites diners to embark on a gastronomic journey with Tastes of Malaysia. Savour authentic Malaysian flavours with a diverse range of dishes from various states of Malaysia at the special buffet that will run till 10 April 2024.
Peppermint’s Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his team have prepared a buffet spread of all-time Malaysian favourites, such as Penang Assam Laksa, Johor San Lou Bee Hoon, Penang Char Kway Teow, KL Chicken Bak Kut Teh and Hakka Braised Wagyu Beef Belly.
Diners can also enjoy the street food of night markets in Malaysia with favourites like as Perak Fish Maw Chee Cheong Fan, Grilled Chicken Bak Kwa Bun with Chicken Floss, Ramly-style Beef Burger, Roti Canai Sardine and Truffle Chicken Roti John.
Peppermint’s Tastes of Malaysia also offers a fusion of regional flavours dishes such as the
Panggang Satay Lamb Leg, the Rendang Wagyu Beef Short Ribs, the Orang Asli Tribe Ayam Pansoh and the Perak Golden Pillow Bun with Curry Chicken.
Conclude the adventure with a selection of Malaysian desserts, such as the Putri Ayu, Pulut Hitam, Bubur Cha Cha and an assortment of cakes and nonya kueh.
Peppermint’s buffet spread also features the Seafood Island, the Japanese Station, Salad Bar, freshly baked bread and a selection of soup.
