Meliá Chiang Mai’s fine dining restaurant, MAI Restaurant and Bar, will serve an exquisite four-course set dinner from 6-10pm on February 14. Affording stunning views of Chiang Mai and famed Doi Suthep Temple on the mountaintop, the 21st floor restaurant’s set dinner is THB3500 net per couple with a glass of sparkling rosé wine. ‘Love’s Samplers’, tasting-sized portions of three different delicacies, are followed by consommé seasoned with dried squid, pork ravioli, and plums.
